SpiresHR is a HR Consultancy Company,  providing Human Resources support with a flexible and straightforward approach.

We are based in Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. We support businesses across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire but we can support organisations of all sizes across the whole of the UK.

Our aim is to provide outstanding customer service and to work in partnership with our clients to deliver their Human Resources requirements. This may be ad hoc HR advice or a more dedicated HR support service. Ultimately, we want to make managing people as straightforward as possible, giving you more time to focus on your core business.

Spires Human Resources was founded by Suzi Lewis. Suzi has over 20 years experience as an HR practitioner, trained in all aspects of HR and fully CIPD qualified. She started her HR career within Rover/BMW. After 5 years at Rover/BMW, Suzi joined Unipart Group in the Automotive Division as HR Account Manager for 11 years. She gained valuable experience working closely with the business in a number of different roles including Regional Business Partner and working on HR projects. 

Lynn joined SpiresHR in January 2017 and has provided a bespoke HR service for a variety of clients and a wide range of businesses.

Prior to joining SpiresHR in January 2017 Lynn had spent thirty plus years working at various levels within a HR role.  She became a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 1993.  The last twenty-two years have been working in a professional services environment for two different top 100 law firms (Blake Morgan LLP and Thrings Solicitors) at HR manager level.  Lynn experienced a total of six mergers during this period and played a part in merging terms and conditions in addition to systems and cultures.  Before working in a legal environment Lynn spent eleven years working in a financial services environment.

Lynn’s experience has predominantly been a generalist role with focus on performance and absence management, recruitment from junior to senior management and partner roles and graduate assessment programmes, redundancy exercises including support and out placement and coaching team leaders through change management programmes.

Lynn’s personal style is pragmatic when dealing issues or situations, she is supportive and where possible tries to find a practical solution to support the business objectives.

So, what do SpiresHR do?

  1. We are passionate about providing high levels of customer service to our clients and understanding their business in more detail. We feel that this will ultimately help us form strong business partnerships with our clients to become their true HR business partner.
  2. We provide ad hoc HR support to companies who require help on an as required basis as well as providing outsourced HR services on a retainer basis.
  3. We keep contracts of employment, employee handbooks and employment policies up to date for companies of all sizes
  4. We support organisations with HR related projects on wide ranging issues from redundancies to recruitment
