Often, these tests are used to support the recruitment process or assessment centers but they can also be used to support individual development plans. The use of psychometric testing in the recruitment process has been proven to reduce recruitment costs, reduce employee turnover, improve employee performance and recruitment decisions by adding objectivity to the recruitment process.
