At SpiresHR we are trained MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) Practitioners.

MBTI is a self awareness and development tool and is also extremely effective to use in team development. MBTI can be used by teams at all levels within an organisation, and has been shown to build the basis for lasting team performance. MBTI is more than a personality questionnaire, it provides a common language for understanding the differences between individuals. It helps to develop better team dynamics and strengthen working relationships. Whether our clients have new or established teams, or would like to use MBTI to develop specific capabilities, we design and deliver workshops to meet their needs.

We’ve also worked with our clients to provide individual feedback to employees. The MBTI questionnaire can be completed online and the feedback is then provided to each individual.
